All of us who are looking for this solution have tried every other trick in the book. Setting our bottles into cups hoping we can get the balance just right. Leaning them up against a counter/wall corner hoping they'll stay. We're frustrated that we know there is product left and yet we can't effectively get it out of the bottle. Then you ask yourself - why is this a big deal, I can afford another bottle of product. This waste is what drives us nuts. This company is not wrong when they say how much can be wasted. I buy big shampoo and conditioner bottles from the warehouse stores. When the pump doesn't pick up the product I find a solo cup and attempt the balancing act. There is usually 1 to 1.5 cups of product to come out. A cup is 8 oz. That means anywhere between 8 - 12 oz is left for waste. Those big bottles, depending on the brand, are between 30 - 40 oz. That's 20 - 26% waste if you don't get it out. Makes that big bottle of shampoo that was a good deal at $9 not so good of a deal when you can't access a quarter of it. I'm not paid by this company, I purchased my flip it caps. Such a simple yet effective product. I purchased the 12 pk because it brought the price point per unit down. I also figured this would be a solid gift for many friends. I have gifted about 6 so far and everyone has loved them. I get the $7 for one seems expensive, but here's the thing. Use it for two or three big shampoo bottles and you've broken even. Actually you're ahead because in the past you were throwing that stuff away.
